Energy management, monitoring of energy efficiency and savings

• BCB Business Park, Gdansk: implementation of the IZE energy management system, automation of technical equipment (ventilation, heating, air conditioning, electrical systems, access control, presence detection, roller shutter control).
• ENGIE Technika Instalacyjna, 25 public buildings in Sopot: implementation of the IZE intelligent energy management system for monitoring and active management of energy consumption in buildings; automation of ventilation, heating, air conditioning, lighting and other electrical systems.
• UM Nowa Ruda: Implementation of intelligent, energy-saving solutions with data collection and energy management systems in public buildings.
• SHARP Consumer Electronics Poland Sp. z o.o.: Reducing energy consumption and energy costs in production and storage facilities using a proprietary Intelligent Energy Management System IZE. The work included energy management automation of technical ventilation, air conditioning, heating and other electrical systems.

• ELENA EIB Financial Facility: Development of projects on the energy efficiency and integrated RES in a form of pre-applications for Warmińsko Mazurskie Region and WSM Housing Cooperative. Pre-applications have got EIB approval.
• EUROPEAN CLEAN HYDROGEN ALLIANCE: Participation in the paneuropean discussion on the development of the green hydrogen market with key market players from science and industry.
• POLISH WOOD HOUSES: Development of an investment concept for NZEB multifamily housing estate on 15ha plot of land (over 33k m2 of usable area).
• WYSZOGRÓD ENERGA COALFIRED HEATING PLANT: Technical and economical concept for restructuring of an existing coal fired heating plant towards sustainable heat sources and minimization of CO2 emissions towards an energy efficient district heating system. 30% of Ep (primary energy) after increasing capacity of the facility has been achieved.
